Referrals
We collect personal data provided directly by you when you elect to participate in our referral program by referring your institution for a chance to win free access to CyberPatient services. We collect your name, email address, university name, year of medical school and student number.
We use your personal data to track the referral(s) you make and to award you with a referral prize once the individual you referred subscribes to the CyberPatient service.
CyberPatient Clinical Club
We collect personal data provided directly by you when you apply to be a member of the CyberPatient clinical club. We collect your name, email address, university name and year of medical school
We use your personal data to process your application and assess whether you are eligible to join the clinical club.
Signing up for email communication
We collect your email address if you agree to sign up for email communication with CyberPatient.
We send emails to the email address you have provided to keep you updated with information about CyberPatient and the services we provide which we think you, or your institution, may be interested in.
Scheduling meetings with a CyberPatient representative
We collect personal data directly from you when you request a meeting with a sales rep to discuss CyberPatient through the meeting scheduler on the website. We collect your name, email address, phone number, company you work for, job title and details relating to the appointment you are requesting.
We use your personal data to determine the purpose of your meeting and to schedule an appropriate time.
We store your contact data to follow up with you as a prospect or a subscriber of our application.
Registering for events
When you participate in a webinar or virtual event that is either hosted or co-hosted by CyberPatient, we collect your personal data. We collect your name, email address, and job title. We use the personal data provided track of participants and to enable you to sign into or participate in the webinar or event.
Webinars may be recorded and hosted on the CyberPatient website.
